We were intentional to call these packages "Strategic Advisory Services", and not executive coaching because leaders often have needs for thought partnership beyond just skills or competency development.
While we do that, too, we also bring business experience and objective perspective. That might look like being a sounding board – or really challenging your old patterns and beliefs. But when we are with you, we are truly IN IT…really with you…to accelerate your impact and growth as a leader.

Partnership Expectations (Because Fit Matters)
How we work
Our promise: We'll bring a human-centered approach—direct, supportive, and practical—so you can lead real people through real complexity with more clarity, confidence, and capacity.
Your side of the partnership: Coaching works best when it's mutual. Here are the shared commitments that protect your time, your investment, and your results.
Your responsibilities (client)
- Scheduling is yours to own. You are responsible for booking your sessions using the scheduling link(s) provided and selecting times that work for you.
- Show up fully (even when it's messy). You don't need to be "perfect" or "ready"—but you do need to arrive willing to engage honestly.
- Between-session follow-through. When we agree on actions, experiments, or reflections, your willingness to test and report back is part of the value.
- Communication. If something isn't working (pace, style, focus), tell us early. We'll adjust quickly.
Our responsibilities (Oluma)
- Prepared, structured sessions. We'll come ready with frameworks, questions, tools, and accountability aligned to your goals and context. (Oluma Coaching)
- Human-centered, executive-level discretion. We'll treat your context with care and confidentiality.
- Flexibility where it matters. We understand you're carrying a lot. We'll do our best to accommodate travel, high-stakes seasons, and inevitable curveballs—within clear guardrails.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and missed sessions
We're built for busy executives—and we also protect the container that makes coaching effective.
- Standard session length: 50 minutes: Insights & Signature / 75 minutes: Leadership Lab
- Rescheduling window: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule (note that Leadership Lab sessions are not reschedulable due to co-hort format)
- Missed appointments: If you miss a session or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, that session will be counted as used (and deducted from your total sessions).
- "Life happens" exception: If there's a true emergency (e.g., medical emergency, urgent family situation), reach out as soon as you can. We'll make a reasonable effort to offer a one-time exception or alternative option where feasible.
Session utilization and timing
- Package window: Sessions are intended to be used within the active program term (e.g., 6 months for Leadership Signature / Insights / Lab, unless otherwise stated).
- Unused sessions: Unused sessions do not automatically roll over beyond the program term unless a written extension is agreed upon.
Scope and boundaries (important clarity)
Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or medical care. If we believe another form of support would better serve you, we'll say so—and help you think through options.
Reduce your risk
We've built in multiple safeguards to ensure you feel confident in your investment and protected throughout our partnership.
The Oluma Fit & Momentum Guarantee
We want you to feel confident investing in this partnership. If, after giving the process a fair start, you believe it's not the right fit, you can end the agreement—without getting stuck.
14-Day Fit Guarantee (early exit)
If you notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of your first paid session or by the completion of Session #2 (whichever comes later), you may cancel and receive a refund of:
100% of unused coaching fees, minus any hard costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., third-party assessment fees) and any completed sessions.
Prorated Refund Guarantee (after the fit window)
After the Fit Guarantee period ends, you may still end the coaching agreement with 14 days' written notice, and receive a prorated refund.
Refund is calculated based on unused sessions and/or unused time in the program term (whichever is more appropriate for the package structure).
100% of unused sessions/time refunded.
Any completed sessions, completed diagnostics/interviews, and any non-refundable third-party costs are excluded from the refundable amount.

Coach Fit
If after the first 2 sessions you feel mismatch in style, you may request a coach switch (when available) before choosing cancellation.

Pause Policy
You may request one pause of up to 30 days during the engagement for travel/crisis seasons. Program end date extends accordingly.

"We'll Make It Useful" Guarantee
If you ever feel a session wasn't valuable, tell us within 48 hours and we'll offer either:
- a 15-minute reset call, or
- a replacement session credit
